President Muhammadu Buhari has returned from his 51-day medical vacation to London.
The President first touched down at the Airforce base in Kaduna around 7:53 am this morning before he was flown to the state house in Abuja by an Air Force helicopter. 
Femi Adesina, Spokesman to the president, had announced late last night that the President would arrive today.
The president will, however, proceed to the London hospital for a routine check up in three week’s time from now, reports from state house have said.
While he was away, Yemi Osinbajo, his vice, assumed the office of the president in acting capacity following the President’s letter to the national assembly.
President Buhari went back to work immediately with top government officials led by Osinbajo.The meeting was held at the First Lady’s Conference.
The President went to the venue of the meeting straight from the helipad.
