Godwin Obaseki, governor of Edo State, has appealed to Nigerians to stop agitations for the break up of the country, believing that all ethnic groups have a lot to contribute to the development of the country.
“We are one; Nigeria has come to stay; every group has its own relevance in the country,” the governor said last Sunday in Benin. He admonished divisive elements to stop the hate speeches and called on Church leaders to pray for the continued unity and economic prosperity of the country.
