Customer Passion Point Limited, CPPL, has held the May 2015 edition of its monthly training programme, organised for owners and core staff of small and growing businesses in Nigeria. The theme of the one-day intensive training held in Lagos was “Business Strategies for Growth and Profitability.”
Ikechukwu Kalu, lead facilitator at CPPL, stated that this month’s edition was all about breaking value creation processes into simple tasks and managing them as projects.
He explained to the participants that for any business to continue to satisfy its customers there must be systems in place to ensure continuous and sustainable delivery of quality service across touch points. “Imagine the level of success we will achieve with our customers when we treat the solutions we provide as unique and designed to achieve a definite goal within a specified period of time. That would be fantastic. It will mean that we are not going to stop until the desired goal is achieved and all efforts will be made to get it done within an agreed
time frame. All managers must plan and manage their value creation processes as projects.”
The next edition will hold June 26,2015 and all that is required is to register online and we will get back to you with the relevant details.
