The Makurdi Airport terminal that is being remodeled with emphasis on safety and security will soon be completed. Sale Dunoma, managing director of the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria, FAAN, stated while inspecting work at the Makurdi Airport recently.

Dunoma inspected the arrival and departure halls, lounges, toilets and potential spaces for commercial offerings. Dunoma called on the contractor to follow the specifications, as FAAN engineers would continue to monitor the progress of the work closely. He expressed confidence that the airport terminal would make Makurdi attractive to airlines for scheduled operations.

Ikechi Uko, director of administration, Abubakar Achimugu, general manager, Business Development as well as Yakubu Dati, general manager, corporate communications, FAAN, accompanied Dunoma. The delegation also inspected the new Cargo terminal under construction and expressed satisfaction with the level of work done so far.
