Visitors had first hand experience of the airport-remodelling project said to have transformed the Nigerian airports to international standard. The trade fair which was recently concluded provided FAAN another opportunity to showcase modern facilities now available at most terminals across the country.
Visitors were also enlightened on the available investment opportunities at the Nigerian airports in line with Government’s Policy of attracting private investments to the aviation industry, which has already yielded five new international airport terminals in Enugu, Port Harcourt, Abuja, Lagos and Kano through a memorandum of understanding between the Nigerian and Chinese Governments. The stand assigned to FAAN at the trade fair ground had a high level of traffic of visitors. Visitors registered their comments, observations and criticisms that provide FAAN’s management with relevant information on how to serve the public better. Many confessed of better passenger experience at Nigerian airports and more seamless service.
