Ayetoro Residents Cry Out Over Land Encroachment by Adron Homes And Properties

Residents of Ayetoro community, Sagamu, Ogun State, have accused Adron Homes and Properties, a real estate operator, of an attempt to forcefully take over land belonging them.

The residents claimed that Adron Homes, aided by armed policemen, military personnel, and thugs, invaded the community on November 13, 2025, and attempted to forcefully take possession of several properties belonging to residents of the community.

Mrs. Osobu Henrietta, a retired nurse and widow, recounted experience. Having purchased six plots of land from the Onikungunre family in 2013, she had erected buildings on the property for her children — Mrs. William Adejumoke and Mr. Folorunsho Adetola. According to her, Adron Homes is threatening her dreams and legacy.

The properties of several other residents — including Mr. and Mrs. Towobola Kehinde, Mrs. Atojoko Eke Victoria, Mr. Ojo Olamilekan, among others — also fall within the area the company is attempting to forcefully take over, even while construction is ongoing.
